Insomniac?? why

Today, I thought of writing too much here, as I was bit annoyed with myself as well as the existing System. I have promised my friend that I will complete this. But due to lack of time, I could not finish it off. Am I a Insomniac ? Why this is happening to me ? I have to find answer to this question. Why I am getting restless hour after an hour, day after a day? Is it the work pressure or the office politics? Who knows ? God, Please help me out....................HAZAAR answers but none of them is able to hit the right chord....Let's see when I find the answer and finish it off.
